Aspire Brewing is a 30,000 sq. ft. brewery and tap room, located in the Center of the Hudson Valley - Middletown, NY. They are a family owned 5000 Barrel Facility that is headed by Award-Winning Brewer Rick Hatch. Aspire was founded with the idea that it’s important to make Quality, Local, and Approachable Beer. They are focused on brewing a multitude of styles; whether it be a DDH New England IPA, American Larger, Rauchbier, or Authentic German Style Pilsner. Quality, variety, and keeping true to the style, are pinnacle to them.
